The questions people actually ask

Can I use Finche with my team?
Yes, and it is built into Pro. On Pro you can create a team, invite colleagues, and share contacts, notes and folders. Each person has their own Pro subscription, so everyone gets the full experience.
Can I start on Free and upgrade later?
Yes. Start on Free and move up to Pro whenever you need your full history, unlimited Seeds, team sharing and more control.
Does Finche use my data to train models?
No. We do not use your data to train models, and the providers we use are contractually prohibited from doing so. See Security.
Do I need to invite Finche into meetings?
No. There is no bot joining the call. Finche listens on your machine, so capture stays lightweight and never announces itself to the room.
Can I use Finche for voice notes as well as meetings?
Yes. Finche is built for structured meetings and for the important moments in between, including voice notes captured on the go.
What’s the difference between Pro and Pro Max?
Pro remembers everything you say — meetings, notes, your calendar. Pro Max remembers everything you say and write: it connects your email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, so every conversation you’ve had with someone sits on their page, and Finche can tell you who’s waiting on a reply. What does Pro Max actually read?
Only what you choose to connect, and read-only. For email, Finche stores headers and a short preview — never full bodies. Every channel can be disconnected at any time, and none of it is used to train AI models. See Security.
Is there an Enterprise option?
Team collaboration is already part of Pro. For larger organisations that need single sign-on, centralised admin and a security review, email support@finche.app.
Do you offer onboarding or support for teams?
Yes. Pro and Pro Max include priority support, and we help larger teams get set up — just ask.
