By accessing or using Finche, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Beta Status

Finche may operate in private or public beta.

Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time.

We make no guarantees regarding uptime, feature permanence, or data availability.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated drafts before sending.
  • You will not use Finche for unlawful purposes.
  • You will not attempt to access another user's data.
  • You are responsible for ensuring calendar invites or drafted communications are accurate before confirming.

Finche does not send communications without user confirmation.

4. AI-Generated Content

Finche may generate summaries, drafts, and suggestions using artificial intelligence.

These outputs:

  • May contain inaccuracies.
  • Are suggestions only.
  • Should be reviewed before use.

Finche is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

5. Integrations

By connecting Google or Microsoft:

  • You authorise Finche to access permitted data via OAuth.
  • You may revoke access at any time.
  • Finche operates within the scope of permissions granted.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages or API changes.

6. Intellectual Property

Finche's branding, interface, and underlying software are the property of Finche.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the software without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finche is not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Third-party service failures
  • Inaccurate AI output
  • Missed meetings
  • Calendar conflicts
  • Communication errors

Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Attempt to exploit the platform
  • Engage in misuse or abuse

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

9. Changes to Terms
